Prepare

Whether you're recovering from surgery or trying to avoid surgery, myHealthTrack equips you mentally and physically for the upcoming journey ahead. Either before or during your office visit, your doctor will provide a card with instructions on downloading mHT from the app store, as well as a QR Code to connect you with your customized care plan.

Stabilize

Now the healing begins. Your role is to manage pain and stabilize your injured area to set the foundation for your complete recovery.

Strengthen

Now that your injury is stabilized, it takes physical and mental work to get back to normal daily activities. In this stage, you'll strengthen your injured area to experience improvements in mobility, stability and strength.
